We got an upgrade to the junior suite and the room was gorgeous! It was spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. They even have a private pier for gondola ride right outside our room. The hotel staff Enrico was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us accurate recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Venice. He even arranged a private gondola ride for us and it was amazing! Our stay in this hotel was the highlight of our trip and is the best stay throughout our 2 weeks travel in Europe.

Very hospitable hosts, you feel truly welcome. On New Year's Eve we received a pleasant holiday surprise from the owners. The rooms are cozy (I especially liked the abundance of wonderful paintings). The location is very convenient, especially for those arriving by public transport from the airport.

Ca' Pagan offers richly decorated rooms in Venice's historic centre. You will be near the Grand Canal and Saint Mark's Square. The San Samuele waterbus stop is 100 metres away.

The hotel was beautifully designed. We felt like we had stepped into a museum with all the best-quality Venetian tapestries and glass chandeliers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made us feel at home. The location was also excellent, it was walking distance to most attractions, it was near a water bus stop, and surrounded by local art galleries and stores. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for an intimate, boutique hospitality at the heart of Venice :)

The room was amazing. Everything is new in this accommodation. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was powerful and always had hot water straight away. The room has a very clean modern look. I can't forget to mention your host Ilaria, she gave it the human touch of feeling like you were at home, she will give you all the help you need, with which restaurants, bars and pubs to go to and even which vaporetto to take when visiting Murano, Burano etc.

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful and a very spacious. Overlooking a beautiful canal and bridge. 1 minute walk to a water taxi / bus. Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. A spacious shared area to make food if you would like to.

Great location, clean and well furnished and also very spacious. It is a new location an well designed. I loved it. It is a little cold this time of year but it’s not their fault (the law is that you cannot turn the heat on) but the bed is really really worm. It’s also very quite and i had the most relaxing sleep ever.
