The room was spectacular. Venetian style I was looking for. Very nice and comfortable. The staff very friendly especially Mrs Lia who provided for breakfast and cleaning was very nice and helpful. I felt very good in this hotel.

If you're planning boat trips from Fondamente Nove then this is ideal. It's about a 40 second walk from the D jetty. Communication was great, even before arrival. It's new. The bed and pillows are firm ( not too firm...you know what I mean) everything is clean. The water was hot, the a/c allowed me to heat up the room for a short while in the morning. Kettle and cups in the room ( bring your own instant coffee or tea) Thete is a small communal area downstairs with a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. Before people ask why there is no fridge in the rooms, remember this place is a new venture, and it is not a proper hotel . Maybe if the place is a success next summer then they may invest in fridges for the rooms. There are restaurants around the corner on the waterfront, so you wont go hungry anyway! All in all it totally suited my needs, which was to explore the islands for a couple of days.

Providing city views and a garden, Cà Beatrice provides accommodation well located in Venice, within a short distance of Frari Basilica, Scuola Grande di San Rocco and La Fenice Theatre.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with a very nice view in the inside court , clean confy bathroom, great terrace. Beautiful location, great cafe next door, good restaurants around, even a market with fresh fruits.

A recently renovated property, Ca' Piasentin is set in Venice near Ca' d'Oro, Rialto Bridge and Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station.
