The beauty of the rooms and the alleys to the rooms is BEAUTIFUL! The location, facilities (haven’t seen such technology in a room ever!), communication, assistance and consideration! The owner Francesca and her team were very helpful with everything including booking private water taxis. This property is the one you should certainly book for your stay in venice!!!

The location was very good! Close to the bus and train station and in a quiet area. The breakfast was an amazing experience. The lady at the counter was so attentive and polite, and the food was incredible.
