Gala was such a sweet lady! She found us after we got to Venice and walked us to our room. On the day of our departure we were technically leaving before breakfast time but she brought us some treats to eat anyways. She walked with us to our airport water-taxi and was just such a delight. We felt so welcomed and looked after. The room itself was very classy, and the bathroom was enormous! Breakfast was a room service feast!

From the beginning of our stay until the end, everything was perfect. Ilaria was very kind and informative, sharing advice on restaurants and more. The location was excellent, as it is close to the main attractions, while conveniently away from the noisy streets. Would definitely stay here again!

Impeccably clean. Room was also cleaned every day, with towels replaced, new toiletries, etc. Bed was made every day. A/C working superbly. Perfect location, on a quiet street ten minutes walk from San Marco Square. Honestly, I'd go back there in a blink of an eye any time I visit Venice.
