This is one of those places you could describe as a hidden gem. Hidden by such a low price, that you would not expect the quality. You got your own private parking place, combined with a room which invites you with the smell of fresh washed linnen. The rooms are simple but at a high standard equipped with airco and a nice bed. I had a small chat with one of the ownership, nice guy who comes from London so English is not a problem.

Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park.

Very clean and quiet studio. Loved how easy everything was. Proper air condition made the room very comfortable. Nice shower, which although may be a bit small space for some people. Lighting in the room was nice! We had coffee and tea in the room and a small fridge and those were really needed :) bed wasn’t too bad but I can imagine it to be too firm for some people. Staff was so lovely, we were very pleased to stay at Lina’s!

The property was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Moreover, the location is great. It’s very close to the train station to go to Cinque Terre and has many restaurants, bars, and shops close by. The service was also excellent and the host was very welcoming and helpful.

Location was close to the station, convenient for the Cinque Terre train/hike. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The room is close to the train tracks, but the noise level was very low. The owners were friendly and check-in/out was smooth. Fridge in the room, which I always appreciate.
