This was my second time staying with Yuji and Ryo, and it remains one of the best experiences I’ve had in Japan. As a female solo traveller, I felt completely safe and cared for. The hosts were incredibly kind, treating me more like a friend than a guest. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, sharing advice about the city and pointing me toward lesser-known spots to explore. The space was clean, cosy, and thoughtfully prepared. While the location is a little out of the way, it offers a peaceful atmosphere in an old-school district that feels like stepping back in time. I loved exploring the neighborhood, discovering authentic kissatens (Japanese coffee shops) and delicious udon spots nearby. I felt at home throughout my stay and am so grateful for Yuji and Ryo’s warmth and hospitality. I’ll always choose to stay here whenever I’m in Osaka and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The lady that runs the inn (チンさん) was so friendly to us and helped us in many situations, one of the best hosts we've ever had. Furthermore, literally on the side of the building there's an amazing okonomiyaki restaurant and the owners were so friendly as well and talked with us for the whole evening, truly a wonderful experience.
