We really liked this guesthouse. There was a lovely vibe to the place. The staff were very friendly and helped us by looking after our luggage before check-in and after check out. The organisation of the luggage service was really wonderful. The room was lovely - the beds extra comfy. We saw that you could rent bikes which we didn't do but wish we had. The buses can be very full with tourists and we believe to cycle would have been a better expeirience. The shower rooms and bathrooms were all clean. We were lucky to have a fridge right outside of our room so we had quick access to our breakfast. Also a really great location near to the station.

Perfect place to explore Kawaguchiko. The hotel is just in front of the stationso its very convenient to arrive and to move around using buses, the staff is very helpfulm helping to plan plaves to visit around the lake. The views from the room are amazing (if you get a good day), you will see the mt fuji and the station from a perfect perspective. There is also public bath on the top of the building.. again the views from fuji are the best.

Cyokiya Lake Saiko offers a public bath and free private parking, and is within 15 km of Lake Kawaguchi and 17 km of Fuji-Q Highland.

Very nice japanese style accomodation with a great view of Mt. Fuji. Very kind and helpfull staff. Also, as we were the only guests there at the time, we had the onsen bath all for ourselves!

The location was great and access to the gas BBQ was really lovely. The communal area was a nice touch and would be great if you wanted a place to relax with friends.
