I was there out of season but I could only imagine how lovely it is when there are other guests around the bonfire. The host and his mother were very kind lovely people! There's actually a lot to see around there. Climb Bandai mountain or visit stunning Bandai Asahi National Park. Daytrip to Aizu-Wakamatsu worth as well! Walk to Inawashiro Lake or rent a bike and cycle around it! Owner very helpful (pick up / transfer to the train station).
