The owner is kind and nice, a great person to exchange experiences and talk to and as she is also a tour guide she gave a lot of tips and I was able to do laundry as well. I highly recommend the stay.

Great place to stay! Excellent location, lovely rooms and very helpful staff. The staff were very friendly and helped where we needed. The futons were great. Bathrooms were excellent and the laundry facilities very helpful. Terrific place to stay in Kyoto. Very close to convenience stores, restaurants, shops and transport.
