The hotel is located to the south of the Kyoto Imperial Palace and is very close to the subway station. The rooms are spacious and feature a classic Japanese-style bathroom. This was a really sweet property, it felt special to be able to stay in a more “authentic” property and the location was also great for what we wanted to do in Kyoto. It was clean and well appointed, we really enjoyed our stay!

The hosts were such kind and helpful people! They served a delicious breakfast each morning after asking what time would be best. The traditional room was very comfortable and they provided Japanese pyjamas.
