The hosts were nice and helpful. The entire place was clean, kitchen well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Also the location was perfect - located on a cute shopping street, not too far from both train station and Matsumoto castle.

I loved my stay here! The owner Shotaro is a warm, kind and friendly human that makes the hostel feel like a homely place. I wish I could have stayed longer. The location is great , it's in a quiet area but very central to everything. Great kitchen and everything is clean and comfy

The owner was very friendly. Every day she asked us for our plans and gave us tips and information about the place. The house is next to Matsumot Castle so it's perfect. She cleaned the house every day. There was enough space and the house has a lovely charme.
