Staying with Kota and his family was absolutely wonderful! They have a lovely house, everything is clean and comfortable, but more than than that, is the pleasure of staying in a real home in a beautiful place. The absolute loveliest stay I’ve had in Japan. What a delight the hosts are - Glenda is an absolute gem and the loveliest. She used to tour around Japan as a singer! If you’re lucky enough, you can get her to sing a bit for you. Her husband is an incredibly talented chef and cooked us a huge and wonderful dinner - probably the best food I’ve had in Japan. Strong recommend!

Very beautiful place. The host was very kind and helpful and gave us many tips and advices. The facilities are practical, nice and clean. The futons are very comfortable, we slept so well ! I enjoyed my stay with the very friendly owners. Had a great meal and a nice evening together in the restaurant, meetings like this are part of what makes travelling great. Basic Japanese style room, but all perfectly clean. Great location and good value for money

Good price for a spacious and well equipped house. The host met us at the house and showed us everything. We loved the little garden and especially seeing it after it snowed in the night. Really useful to have the washing machine.
