Can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. The staff is lovely and you can feel they put their whole hearts into it. It’s cozy, it’s clean and it takes you to Japanese wonderland where the time stops and you can feel the magic in every bit of wooden floors and walls, in the light soaking through the windows and warm light from the lights. And when you want something extra you can spend an evening sitting on a cozy sofa watching nostalgic films with the bass lurking from the room’s corner.

The onsens are so nice and so is the lounge/kitchen area. It’s a very cozy vibe. The capsules are also nice and spacious.

Beautiful staff, very friendly and helpful. The location was great with a beautiful garden. Food was very good and the private onsen was wonderful. Overall fantastic accomodation and would highly recommend!

I was there for 2 nights. The staff had a very good english, very nice people, the room was comfy and clean. It's located on a bit of a steep hill but they let you know about it beforehand so you come prepared. I had a very good time there, they had a bar with good prices. There is a Lawson and 7/11 a few minutes away by walk. Will come again if I ever come back to hakone.

The dinner was of great value and a great way to meet and connect with other guests. I loved cooking over hot coals. It was very fun and delicious. The whole building was very beautiful and old. It felt very authentic. The location is great. It is right next to the Hakone Open Air Museum.
