Excellent service, we felt so welcome at this hotel! The owners were so kind, they were even willing to accommodate our lack of Japanese language skills. The breakfast on the porch in the morning was such a treat, highly recommended it. Also, the location was great, the room had an amazing view of the Tama Rive Gorge! The room was well equipped and roomy. I also liked that it was within walking distance of the river walk and other sites.

Fantastic township, much more quiet than inner Tokyo. Lovely host/owner as well, very accommodating considering the enormous gaps in my language skills.

I like the proximity of it from restaurants and other shopping places. And most of all the room has a view of bridge and close parks which is a big plus for me. Also there's a 711 4 mins away! The host is really helpful and considerate as well!

The room was spacious and fresh, had everything we needed. Bathroom facitilies were also very clean. The hosts were very friendly and offered us rides to the nearest train station. The neighborhood is a refreshing alternative to a city hotel stay!

Host helped us get to the guest house easily, and was friendly and helpful. We had other great guests sharing the house while we stayed, it was fun getting to know them. We chose this location because it was a short distance to Mt. Takao, which we hiked a few days.

Ken was a fantastic host, the house is very convenient, well decorated and fit with great amenities thanks to Ken's renovations. He provides nice food options for breakfast and in the case that you weren't able to purchase dinner, there's instant food you can purchase from him. Good to have options since there aren't any convenience stores within walking distance. He knows the area very well and will definitely inform you on where to go. It was so lovely to wake up with a view of the surrounding mountains. The local area is so peaceful as you're right by a river and many of the local people have nice gardens. The bus stop to Hossawa Falls is only a 5minute walk away. You're also a 10-15min away from Seoto-no yu Onsen which is so convenient..
