Everything was very clean, and the onsen feels so good after a hole day of snowboard. Staff was very kind, they even help me when my snowboard boot broke. The kitchen has a lot of utilities and coffe/tea free. Definitely i highly recommend it and i’ll come back again when i go snowboard

The owner was extremely friendly and adaptable to my situation, she was very kind and even let me keep my bags at the property ling after checkout time so that I could explore more of kyoto. The beds are comfortable as well as the toilet and shower facilities.

Great place to stay! Excellent location, lovely rooms and very helpful staff. The staff were very friendly and helped where we needed. The futons were great. Bathrooms were excellent and the laundry facilities very helpful. Terrific place to stay in Kyoto. Very close to convenience stores, restaurants, shops and transport.
