The breakfast was delicious. Varied, nutritious and traditionally Japanese. Real attention to detail and we looked forward to it each morning. The staff at the hotel could not have been friendlier. They picked us up from the bus stop and helped us get discounts for the ski hire. They also went to buy discounted ski lift passes for us when needed. Little things as well like providing wellington boots for our walks into town (after a deluge of snow) made this visit very special. Thank you so much .

When we arrived the owner was very kind and gave us a map and a lot of information that was very useful for our visit (he gave us amazing onsen recommendations!).
