Everything was perfect during our stay at this guesthouse! Mr Vladimir is a very kind and helpful person, doing everything he can to serve his clients. The guest house is in a beautiful neighborhood and provides easy access to the most important places in Almaty. We asked for a vegan breakfast and we had every day something fabulous made by Mr Vladimir himself... The room and the ensuite bathroom are enormous, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush are provided. Super clean and quiet place, hot water and free bottled water supply!!! The most important thing was that Mr Vladimir was at the airport for picking us up at 2 AM and he did it for free!!!! There is also a lovely cat that makes your day 😁 Highly recommend!!!

Charming Place with Minor Flaws Sweet Garden is a lovely guesthouse with a lot of character. The warm atmosphere and nice decor make it feel more like a home than a hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfasts were another strong point: homemade, hearty, and very satisfying thanks to Aliya. The location is also a big plus: quiet, yet within easy reach of the city center. That said, our room was a bit smaller than expected,. There was also some noise from neighboring rooms at night. But these were minor issues in an otherwise enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a cozy, friendly place with heart this place is a great choice.

Very good quiet location with amazing views. Ability to cook own food, wash clothes without extra cost is very helpful. A bit of walking will give you great views of the mountains. During night you can see the whole city.
