The beautiful decor, spacious rooms, amazing breakfasts, quiet location just in the backstreet off the main drag, only 10m walk to the night markets. But most of all the exceptional staff, especially Ms Phut, who made us feel like family. Everything was so simple to arrange. We stayed for a week and could have stayed longer.

We couldn't really fault the staff and the guesthouse overall. The staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we landed and they went above and beyond to help us. Although the guesthouse is a bit further out, there is a bus service into the centre of town a few times a day so don't let that change your mind. It is a nice walk in as well. The view from our room was beautiful too. Breakfast was also amazing, which we ate on our balcony every morning, looking out at the river! Thanks for everything!!

Excellent location , very clean with good sized rooms but the real benefit of staying here is Tom. He was super helpful , booking things , getting good prices & just answering general questions. Nothing was too much hassle
