We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, during which time we managed to feel at home. Ashok is always positive, friendly, will tell you what, where and how. And by the way, he cooks well, this probably runs in his family, because not far away, about 5 minutes walk, there is a small cozy cafe that serves delicious sauce and seafood, and as it turns out, his relatives work there. The room is clean, modern, hot water was always available, convenient location between two beaches, cleaning upon request, if you don’t inform us again, they won’t disturb you. In general, I liked everything, I recommend it

This place has a spectacular garden, terrace and very comfortable room with A/C. Arul received us even before the offical arrival time, let us park our tuktuk inside and gave us tips for local food & drink. They allow us to use the kitchen and the terrace with the garden view. It's not in the centre of the town, which means a quiet location, but if you want to go to the town you will need a tuktuk (taxi or your own transport). Very good value for the money. The pictures I took are from their beautiful garden.

Amazing location. Literally less than 1 min to the beach. Caring, attentive host. The host is so welcoming and happy to help with anything. Amazing food. Breakfast is incredible and very generous. Would really recommend having dinner at the guesthouse at least once as it’s the most amazing Sri Lankan home cooked food and very reasonably priced!!

A very comfortable bed, I had the best sleep during my stay in Sri Lanka. The AC works like a charm. Nice people, nice place. We came by tuk-tuk and we parked it inside the property which is a plus.

    We were welcomed by Nava on arrival. Prior to this he had sent details of WiFi code and where to get off the bus. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and shower good. Although close to the main road, it was quiet. Nava gave good suggestions about places to visit when we hired a scooter including beautiful Passikuda beach. I recommend eating at Sri Krishna, 15 minutes walk from RoaBaa guesthouse - a vegetarian restaurant with tasty dosas!

    An exceptional accommodation, Nava our host was very attentive and nothing was a hassle. He's maintaining a high standard and does it easily.,which for the guest helps you relax straight away.Close to all things you need and 5 minutes from bus or railway station. Great couple of food hotels on the main trinco Rd.Very cheap and great sri lankan food. We would have liked another night or two. Thankyou Nava . Ps had english sri lankan paper as well.

    Neem Forest GH is somewhat outside the city but only a short tuktuk ride away. As a result it is a beautifully peaceful and extremely quiet location. Dawn chorus of birds was amazing. The host was extremely helpful and ready to talk about all matter of subjects. The Sri Lanken breakfast was always too much and the host made sure it was always different. Nearby is the many kilometer long sand beach (no other tourists) where you watch the fishermen pull in their nets of caught fish. Meem Forest is highly recommended.

    Perfect place to stay in my favourite town. 4km bike ride from shops, cafe, beer shop, and restaurants - and 2 minutes walk from the sea. The guesthouse is quiet and well maintained, and the host, Suresh, goes out of his way to help you. And it is inexpensive too 👍
