I would write a poem to this place if I could! This hotel, its owners Jeremy and Julia and the team made our holiday. We planned to spend there 4 nights and go further, but everything was so good, and we decided to spend here the rest of our holiday. Everything was spotless: room, team, breakfast, swimming pool, beach, ocean — just everything. Two things that you should know. First: there are many nice restaurants around, though there is nothing on google maps. Second: you definitely have to see the shop on the second floor, because Julia creates amazing clothes. The room is large and well equipped. Despite situated on the main road, it is very quiet. Very nice furnitured roof terrace and 2-3min walking distance to the beach. All kind of stores and a pharmacy around. Breakfast served in wonderful sea view restaurant. All amenities arranged in a good style. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. This is a very nice place. I would describe it as a bed & breakfast (not sure what it's labelled as on Booking). The owner lives in a separate house and guests stay in a new house with three or four rooms. Each room has a separate bathroom. It's all very roomy and the plave has a nice garden. It's also clean and the style is somewhat colonial with dark tree furniture. Wifi is OK but not great and that's the case wherever you go on Sri Lanka. I could do some work without problem and my daughter could look at Netflix. So, it's ok. The owner is very helpful and friendly and they have a washing service. The location is off Dikwella main street so it's quiet and it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach across the main street and through some deserted plots. Since Surf Bay Villa is in the eastern end of Dikwella it's also close to Hiriketiya beach. Its possible to walk the distance but I recommend using a tuc tuc. This beach is nicer than the beach in Dikwella. Surf Bay Villa is definitely a clean, nice and friendly place to stay!

The room was beautiful, clean, modern and spacious. The beach is very close as well as many local restaurants, cafes and bars. The bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend staying here.

An absolute gem ❤️! The place is stunning — peaceful, beautiful, and truly welcoming. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, and even offered to accompany us to catch the Webus — such a nice gesture! The food is absolutely amazing 😋, all homemade by his grandparents, full of love and authentic flavors. You can really taste the tradition in every dish. The service feels very personal, like being at home, and honestly, for the price, it’s more than worth it. Huge thanks for the wonderful experience 🙌 — we 100% recommend it!

Wonderful stay at Noble Nest, perfectly situated only a short walk from everywhere whilst tucked away slightly at the end of a lovely little road with a few local houses. Room was perfect, nice bathroom, comfy bed, nice & clean, A/C worked great! Just all round no complaints whatsoever 🙏🏼

Very nice place! A bit further away from Hiriketiya Beach, but for this price it was not an issue at all - it was less than 15 minutes walk to the beach. The bathroom was shared, but I didn't see anyone else using it when I was there, so it felt like having a private one. The hosts were also very nice and I got a fresh juice as a welcome drink. The room was also very clean.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The whole house is well maintained and has a warm atmosphere. The host is extremely friendly and helpful – he made me feel very welcome. I can highly recommend this place!

The accommodation was really nice. Walking distance from everything. The host was super helpful and nice. The room we had was a bit small for the amount of luggage we brought but we didn’t mind at all. There is a nice hot shower and the airco works really well. Thank you for a lovely stay!
