Great location, right by the beach! The beach is great for a swim and less than a 5min walk to Turtle point where you can snorkel and see fish and turtles! Great and varied breakfast with a view. The room is beautifully designed and was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay!

Betas place was our favorite stay in Sri Lanka! The room was spacious, comfortable, hot water, great wifi, excellent AC, and super close to the beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The upstairs area was great for a work video call. The breakfast located at a different restaurant was picturesque and tasty. Highly recommend, we would definitely return and wish we stayed longer!

I was honored to be the first guest here, and it was a wonderful experience! The place is clean, new, and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is peaceful, just 200m from the famous Wewurukannala Temple and close to the beach. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The service was excellent, and I’m sure this place will become very popular soon. I’ll definitely be back again. Great job!

The family and the kids are super nice. And if you're lucky you get to play ball with the boys :-) Breakfast was amazing. Hiriketiya beach is about a 15 minute walk, which was no problem for us.
