The place was super nice, I would say better than the pictures and the owner was really welcoming, he made us feel at home straight away. Helped us to order some dinner, gave us directions and made us a lovely breakfast. He is always available if you need help. The beds were comfy (double bed mattress was a lot comfier than single that’s the only comment). Air con, mozzy nets, washing machine - couldn’t have asked for much more.

Very big and comfortable bed. Room spacious with good lightning. You have a desk and wardrobe to keep your stuff in. Big bathroom with hot shower. The outside area is very clean and quiet. Perfect for your morning coffee. Kitchen available to all for cooking your breakfast. Also washing machine available (extra fee). It's close to the airport so it's great after your flight and before your flight as we did 😍 Staff very nice and welcoming. If you land in Colombo you should choose this one!

I stayed here for a few nights on either side of my trip and am so grateful for the amazing people who run this place. The hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and your trip runs smooth. Communication was excellent, rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Even when I needed to make changes to my booking, the host made sure that everything was taken care of. I also appreciated the easy transfer too and from the airport. I enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere at this place and the beautiful garden surrounding it.
