I had a quick stop over and stayed at Ralph residency only for a day but I can easily say that it was a great decision! The hosts went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and confortable. From pick up to the airport (with my delayed flight) to showing me the surroundings and exchange interesting fact of the area, I can only recommend to stop by there for a short or long time!

I can't wait to write this review, because the efforts of the owners of this hotel deserve such praise. The experience was beyond expectation, the accommodation was very beautiful, the room was very clean and tidy, the owner was very warm, he would take us to see the fireflies at night, it made me feel like staying at a friend's house. It's comforting to have a healthy and delicious breakfast in the green. They offer free bikes to get around town and also offer inexpensive airport transfers. If you are coming to Negombo and you are tired of the sameness of luxury hotels, I highly recommend you to come here and experience it

i used this homestay for one day for the Airport transit stay and it is very close to Colombo International Airport. Room was very clean. The room has a AC and TV, Attached newly done bathroom. The room size very big. The owner is a very nice person. They cooked very nice and tasty dinner for me. Breakfast was very nice included in the price. This is a perfect stay for a couple days. Owner is offering a free transport to Airport either pick up or drop off.
