The best thing is the owner Chathu! He can help with anything and everything. He knows everyone. He got us tuk tuks on the regular, provided amazing authentic Sri Lankan food, helped book spa appointments, got us drivers for a tour around Sri Lanka, surf instructors, and helped find hotels in several areas in Sri Lanka. He even found someone to help extend my visa when the official website wasn't working. You really feel you are part of his family staying there. He genuinely wants to make sure you have a great experience.

Beautiful light new and well maintained rooms. Very very clean. Calm green surroundings but not far from restaurants and the beach. 5-10 minutes. The family is incredibly welcoming and lovely. They also own the general store right next to the place which is convenient. I planned to stay for some days but ended up staying for over a month. Definitely recommend!

We really liked our stay at the Romaclan villa. There is everything you need, it is very cool to have a kitchen and a terrace. A wonderful location: in a distance from the road, but still you can reach the beach in a couple of minutes. The green area around the villa, many plants, the house is always in a shadow, so it is comfortable and not hot. And we are very grateful to our wonderful owners. Hiumi and her mother surrounded us with care, we felt like at home. Would like to stay longer. Be sure to return.

I had a private room and enjoyed the shared, fully-equipped kitchen. The homestay is located just a short walk from the beautiful Midigama Beach. You'll love everything about the loft. The place, the garden, accessibility, the marvelous hospitality of the owners. We wanted to extend out stay but unfortunately they were already booked for the next days. Really glad that we found this place and we had the most amazing stay even though it was short.

The owners were very kind and all the beaches are very close by. It didn’t bother me, but If you have a light sleep, it can get a little loud at nighttime, because of the party nearby.

Me and my girlfriend recently had the pleasure of staying at the Boutique Hotel in Sri Lanka, and it was an experience we'll cherish forever. A big part of what made our stay so special was the wonderful hospitality shown by Ms. Dias, the owner, and her amazing staff. Firstly, Ms. Dias was incredibly helpful and kind. She was instrumental in organizing a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, which turned out to be absolutely perfect. Her warmth and willingness to assist in any way she could really stood out to us. The staff at the hotel were equally fantastic. Every single person, from the waiters to the chef, and even the guard, went out of their way to make us feel welcome, safe, and well-cared-for. Their friendliness and attention to detail were noticeable and made our stay that much better. Speaking of attention to detail, the food at the hotel deserves a special mention. The restaurant served some of the most delicious meals we've had. Every dish was a delight, and the chef clearly knows their craft. The breakfasts were particularly great, a perfect start to each day with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool area was a great place to relax, and we spent quite a bit of time there enjoying the serene atmosphere. Overall, our stay at the Boutique Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. We're so grateful to Ms. Dias and her team for their exceptional service and for making our trip to Sri Lanka so memorable. We're definitely looking forward to coming back!
