Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, apartment is very big and comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and all needed cutlery, pots and pans! Very clean and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows.

This place is apt for solo travellers & family.very near to mt.Lavinia beach,can reach in 15 mins.got many restaurants & super market near by.this place is highly recommended to ppl who r planning for Galle side by road and going to main city and attractions also take within 45 mins by tuktuk. Room is neat,got balcony access in my room and loved it.got required essentials like kitchen utensils, washing machine & fridge.I had a great stay. Thanks to the property owner Mr.Benjamin Yoga for his guidance & planning for trips within Lanka, very kind person.I would like to thank caretaker Mr.Nagulesh for his service & friendliness. it’s the best place to stay in mount lavinia :) every time we are in colombo we come back there. the place is nice, clean, comfortable, has a cool pool and very helpful and friendly staff. the location is perfect because you are close to the beach, all the shops, restaurants and main road but it’s not too noisy and busy around. totally recommend. the building itself is a very nice old house and has its unique atmosphere.
