We stayed at Sand & Surf for the first and last day of our Sri Lanka trip and were very comfortable there. Owner is very friendly and lives just around the corner if you ever need any assistance. He also let us park our tuktuk safely in the property. Room has everything you need, clean, AC, good bathroom. Would 10/10 stay there again next time in Negombo.

We stayed here after arriving in Colombo. The guesthouse is close to the airport and we also took advantage of the airport shuttle. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and cordially and had prepared a delicious dinner for us (after prior arrangement). The rooms were very clean and comfortable, well chilled before our arrival. The next day we also had a wonderful, delicious and rich breakfast. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would stay here again the next time we come to Sri Lanka.

The owner of this place is one of the most genuine and wonderful women I have ever met. She makes sure you have everything you need and also cooks delicious food. The room is very clean and the location is great, I can't recommend this enough!
