Everything from facilities, room, service, and especially the hotel manager, Yas and his assistant. Yas is very polite and supportive. He packed a breakfast for us and our driver on days that we went out in the early morning. The hotel food is also very nice.

Responsive and a very helpful staff! Great breakfast!Walkable distance to main spots of Nuwara Eliya. Everything was clean and if anything was needed, staff quickly provided that for us. We went to Horton plains at 5:30 in the morning and had our breakfast to go. Overall, it was both a great experience and pleasure!
