We had such a wonderful stay at Yashi’s place. It was clean and comfortable. Harsha went out of his way to make our stay special and as comfortable as possible. His family was so lovely and friendly. We had a delicious dinner cooked by his wife and a scrumptious breakfast every morning. The location is perfect - a short tuktuk ride to all the main attractions (pidirungula rock and lions rock - which Harsha helped us arrange for reasonable prices) and the main strip of shops. We were delighted to catch the peacock on the roof! There are also lots of cute little squirrels on the property. An added bonus is Mr Caffeine just down the alley which has great coffee. Highly recommend staying at Yashi’s place.

Super nice rooms, well decorated, very clean and calm. The private pool is a real plus. Perfect to chill and relax. Mahesh is the manager of the place and was offering to us free pick up from the center to the cottage which really helped us a lot. I really recommend this place. The only 2 things that do not match with the description of the hotel: no free pick up from dambulla and no bikes to lend in the place.

This villa is run by a family. They are very pleasant and friendly. The owner provided the best assistance for our trip. They are quick to contact and respond. Home cooked breakfast was the best. Recommended for those who want to experience local Sri Lankan culture. I would like to thank the owner and his family for helping me with my trip over the past two days.

We were treated to frequent visits from various animals and a wide array of beautiful birds, making our mornings truly magical. The garden itself was meticulously maintained, creating a serene and picturesque environment. What truly stood out was their dedication to providing fully vegan meals. Every dish they prepared was not only vegan but also incredibly delicious. We were spoiled with freshly prepared, homemade meals that showcased the richness of local cuisine. The use of coconut milk and oil instead of dairy added a unique twist to the flavors. The daily offerings of fresh fruits and fruit juice were a refreshing and healthy start to our days. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the culinary delights never failed to impress us. The fact that they can cater to both vegetarians and vegans is a testament to their commitment to dietary preferences. The host was really sweet. She made us feel comfortable. The property was quite and rustic. And the size of the room was like a football field.

This was a wonderful place to stay while traveling in the unfamiliar area of Sigiriya. The location between Sigiriya Rock and Pidurangala made it very easy and convenient to visit both sites. Since there were no restaurants nearby, it was great to have clean and delicious breakfast and dinner provided. Above all, the warm hospitality of the host couple made the stay truly special

Anjula and his wife Medu was so kind and caring always wanted that I will have a goodtime and that I have everything I need. The room was amazing , very clean with A/C and hot water , the view from the rooftop restaurant was incredible amazing view of the lion rock!

Our stay was amazing! We loved the tree house. The place is very piece calm and quiet, surrounded by the beautiful nature. Perfect for relaxing after very intensive days. The homemade food was delicious, and our host was giving us amazing and honest tips and advices whenever we asked. He also arranged the trip to Polonnaruwa with his tuk tuk for us, which was a great trip. He also took us to another places in the area, and the prices were very reasonable. He arranged the laundry service for us as well. You can tell that he’s doing everything for the guests to feel comfortable!
