The environment of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner has a large orchard. In a corner of the orchard, there is a beautiful botanical garden, which was designed by the owner himself. We stayed in this botanical garden. You can imagine how beautiful it is! In addition, the hotel owner has a very polite son and a naughty and lovely daughter. We felt very happy playing with them.

The hosts here are incredibly heartwarming, and the atmosphere they create is exceptionally pleasant. They took care of everything, even after we checked out, and we're very grateful for that! The tuk-tuk they arranged for our trips was several times cheaper than if we had booked through PickMe. The house is clean and has an excellent private refreshing pool. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, with freshly squeezed multifruit juices that were truly incomparable! If you're ever in Sigiriya, we highly recommend this place. You'll find everything you need here – excursions, safaris, transfers, dinners – and even more.

What a beautiful relaxed place! I had to move after two nights but I wish I stayed for a week at least. Highly recommended renting a bicycle (the owner can arrange it) and explore surrounding. The village is stunning, don’t miss all the lakes. The breakfast included in the price was full and delicious. And it was really convenient to order dinners as well and enjoy it sitting outdoor, surrounded by jungles. One of my best stays in Sri Lanka!

The family was very realy realy nice. They shown us big proparty, where they have all kind of fruit. Moreover, you will have fresh fruit at breakfast and you will have there also other traditional Sri Lanka meal. The room was very big and we had everything, what we need. It is also in good locality. You have it very close to Lion Rock, Pidurangala Rock. Less than 5 minutes by car. We really recommend this acommodation.

First of all, the attentiveness of our hosts was amazing. Always smiling, asking if everything was all right, trying to fulfill any of our desires or requirements. This place is a family-owned property, with happy kids running around. We felt safe and welcomed. Secondly, the food is great. It's home-cooked, but the presentation could compete with any restaurant we've been to in Sri Lanka. Not just the presentation, of course, but the tastes were great and the portions were huge. Location is excellent. If you are in the area to hike to the top of the rocks, which you probably are; the accommodation is located roughly in the middle, between Lion's Rock and Pidurangala. You can walk to both of them easily (20-30 minutes walk). The host will get you there by car if you are planning to leave early in the morning or late after sunset. You can see Lion's Rock from the property and you can get a good photo of it right there. The room is basic, but clean and well thought out. There is a bench to put your stuff, a bed with a mosquito net, and a working fan. The bathroom follows the same path. There are chairs and a table outside of the room. Despite the remote location, the Wi-Fi connection is surprisingly stable and reliable. I was able to make a 1+ hour video call. The speeds are slow but that's to be expected.

Our stay was amazing! We loved the tree house. The place is very piece calm and quiet, surrounded by the beautiful nature. Perfect for relaxing after very intensive days. The homemade food was delicious, and our host was giving us amazing and honest tips and advices whenever we asked. He also arranged the trip to Polonnaruwa with his tuk tuk for us, which was a great trip. He also took us to another places in the area, and the prices were very reasonable. He arranged the laundry service for us as well. You can tell that he’s doing everything for the guests to feel comfortable!
