It is in a very quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very clean, very well ventilated (the air is very clean, not like other accommodations in Sri Lanka). The garden is very beautiful and well maintained. The pool is chic and very clean, the water has a perfect temperature. The owners are very friendly and always willing to help you. They can cook you a delicious, fresh dinner, cooked on the spot, or they can organize various excursions in the area (safari, temple visit, kayaking on the lagoon, etc.). The breakfast is rich and very tasty, with fruit from the owners' garden. The atmosphere in the area is very quiet, there are not many tourists, you can meet locals which gives the place a truly authentic atmosphere.

With lake views, Pearl Cave Cabanas & Resturant is situated in Tangalle and has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

Beautiful ample comfortable room, immaculately clean and the aircon works very well. From the verandah of the room I had the most beautiful view of the Lagoon and the hammock and the armchairs provided were great for relaxing and unwind. The place is located only minutes away from the beautiful Tangalle beach.The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend the Pearl Cave Cabanas and their restaurant

This place was the peaceful tropical paradise that I was looking for. The room was simple but clean ( no bugs!) and with A/c and a large comfortable bed, it was easy to get a good night's sleep. Each room has a large private balcony from which you view the amazing bird life and playful squirrels. The large pool is clean and beautifully refreshing. Nimmie and her family could not be more helpful and attentive. She cooked anything I wanted and always greeted me with a warm smile and a cold beer! When the time came for me to leave she arranged for my transport back to Colombo and to the airport.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful – so calm, relaxing, and perfect for a peaceful getaway 🥰. The rooms were fresh, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, and full of variety. In the evening, we enjoyed a delightful BBQ with a bonfire 🔥😊, which created such a warm and cozy atmosphere . Overall, it was definitely worth the price, and truly memorable. I would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and great hospitality.

Upul and his family is an incredible host. They fulfilled any wish and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you again. Accomodation: We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, cool & cozy bedroom and relaxing porch. We planned to stay only one night, but it was so relaxing we had to stay another! Surroundings: The beach is only a few minutes by foot away. We saw turtles while snorkeling!

We spent 8 wonderful days, felt at home. Supun, the owner of the villa, is very friendly and welcoming, helped with any questions and suggested places to visit. He speaks English well and has his own tuk-tuk, he can give you a ride. We lived on the second floor with a beautiful view of nature and for breakfast you could lure various birds. Supun also gives surfing lessons, during the first lesson I was already able to stand on the board. If you want privacy and closeness to nature, then this option is definitely for you.
