Absolutely everything. Of particular mention are the little things like while at night I am sitting alone in the very comfortable lounge watching TV and the host brings a hot cup of coffee.

The best of all was the kindness of the host who welcomed us with tea and explained and recommended everything we could do in Nuwara Eliya. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast very good.

This is a very welcoming place. The owner is really good and took a really good care of their guests! Keep asking if i have problems or not. That’s really nice! Ordered fish curry for dinner and it was really delicious and for that portion, the price is pretty cheap. They can arrange pickup from the train station. The room is really spacious for family up to 5 people! I was alone so i got all the 3 queen beds for myself lol the famous lover’s leap waterfall located just less than 2km from the house. I really recommend this stay!

We really liked the accomodation, waking up to the beautiful view from the terrace was amazing. Also the breakfast was tasty, and the staff very kind. When we were picked up to go to Yala Safari, we got sandwiches for the way and checked out at 3 a.m. Very kind, thank you!

Winwood Ella is an absolute gem! The location is fantastic — close enough to explore everything in town, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Perfect location in a quiet street - close to the bus stop, a few minutes walk from the centre, near the trailheads of 9 arch bridge and Little Adam’s Peak (perfect especially for a sunrise hike). The Fantastic caretaker makes sure the guests feel welcome and is ready to help with anything! He Also prepares delicious local breakfast with fresh fruits. The view really is the highlight of this place - the sunrise over the mountains is beautiful. The staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast was great! We would definitely come back here:)
