There are many webs with spiders in the room. The balcony door closed by itself. I did not open the balcony and bathroom doors several times. because the door locked itselfe. No one even came to ask if we need anything like fresh towels or sheets. They did not provide breakfast for extra price as written on theyr website. I am very unhappy with the service as they do not provide any service.Guest review byAusraFamily with young children
