The staff was wonderful. Bushra, Mohammad and Zachariah were kind, helpful and so friendly. Perfect stay. We started with 3 days and prolonged our stay to 5. The staff made our stay so fun, memorable and we felt so welcomed all the time! The rooms were big , clean , and well decorated. We fell in love with the amazing staff! Kind and so professional! The location of the riad is amazing. We will definitely come back!

The riad is newly built and beautifully decorated. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and guided to our room. We also received help with our luggage. The owner and his family were extremely friendly and very helpful. We felt at home right away. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay in Fez! The riad was beautiful! Nour and Ayoub were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They organized our airport transfer, gave us great tips and explanations about the city, printed our boarding passes, and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us on our last day. Their hospitality was next level—we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Highly recommend this place!

Omar is a wonderful, calm and helpful host and the staff serve a beautiful breakfast. We also requested a light dinner on the rooftop terrace, which was delicious. He also booked a hammam experience for us. The beds ( and pillows) are very comfortable .
