I had an excellent experience at Dar Al Fanous. The checkin process was smooth, it took a few minutes . The rooms were extremely clean, and the place smelled fresh. Samira was very nice and friendly, and the Moroccan breakfast was super delicious! Dar el Fanous is conveniently located . While you enjoy the ancient city, you are also at a walking distance from the city center and 10 minutes away from all types of cheap and convenient public transportation, including the tramway which was a great way to explore all the parts of Rabat without the need of a cab or a bus. Overall, I highly recommend the place! I will definitely return!

Exploring the city was a breeze, thanks to the RIAD's convenient location. The staff were amazing Elham, Khaoula, Malika & Oumaima. They were serving with dedication and smiles! This is a very artistic traditional old Morocco house decorated with tasteful style and owners rich collection from his ancestors and his friends. I feel live in a mortician cultural museum. I have Leared a lot about mortician culture from this house and its owners. The couple are very friendly and hospitable. I feel treated as a customer with their very professional service and also as a friend with their nice and warm hospitality. The breakfast is always well prepared and served. I feel at home.

The staff was welcoming, they served nice omlette and bread + butter for breakfast (and not margarine like some places do).. Our room was cozy, equipped with extra heather and overall the whole place is very clean and nicely decorated.

I liked the design of the rooms, how clean and tidy it was. The host also was very nice and flexible. I would definitely come here again if I get the chance. Super close to the sea, well lit and ventilated. The cleaning lady was also very sweet and nice. I also liked the fast good internet, 100mb was great as I use internet for work.
