We stayed at Balabani Local Stay and it was truly one of the warmest, most welcoming places we've ever experienced. The staff are incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely caring — you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than in a hotel. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with very comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. Breakfast alone is worth the stay! If you're looking for peace, comfort, and true hospitality — this is the place. Would happily come back again!

Fantastic place to stay. My friend and I were met by the most welcoming host, and the place itself is much better than other hostels we’ve been to. There’s even a little art gallery in the building and a cozy terrace. If I could give more than 10 stars I would. I have stayed in so many airbnb’s and this is by far the best one yet. With a boat you will be brought to the end of a river where you’ll have the best view imaginable (literally). The appartment is gorgeous and had everything you could wish for, nice AC, comfy bed, and spotless clean. I loved how hospitable our hosts were. They even offered that we could eat their food!!! Isn’t that the best ever? I would come back here in a heartbeat and would recommend everyone going to Montenegro to visit this Jewel.
