The room was very clean, it smelled really nice. The staff was kind, helpful, and always available for contact. The location is perfect, in the heart of Bitola. The place is more than enough for short-term stays, and with the minor improvements listed below, it would be a 10/10 property for longer stays as well.

Great location. Very close to the main pedestrian road Shirok Sacok. Within short distance to the Magnolia Square, and the beautifully ornate and magnificent St. Dimitri Church, the Old Bazaar, the House of Army, and many museums. The Heracles ruins is also within walking distance. Many supermarkets, ice creameries and cafes are in the vicinity of the property. Host was kind enough to upgrade me from a room to an apartment. The apartment was spacious, airy, with a nice balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped. Refrigerator was cold enough to make ice cubes! The shower provides abundant hot and cold water. Host was courteous, gracious and helpful. Appreciate his help with the taxi and my luggage.

The owner and his family were very hospitable, helpful and warm. The apartment was just as the photos shown, and was most comfortable. The location was only about a 3 minute walk from the main square area (and only minutes more away from old town), but it was one of the "quietest" accomodations that we have experienced over the past six weeks of our travels. Excellent value. We liked it so much that we extended our stay another day. We would not hesitate to book here again, upon visiting Bitola again.
