We liked the location and the friendly staff who worked really hard to make our holiday very special The food was fabulous, excursions from the hotel and the watersports equipment and kayaks were great . Everything was perfect for us and thanks to Faisal and his team for making our time at Veli Beach so memorable.

It is very well located. The host is very nice and friendly, he gives a lot of good tips and information about Mathiveri. The breakfast place is very very good and generous!

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Velana Vibes on Mathiveri. Although our flight delay caused us to miss the last boat, the host Munzir kindly arranged a night in Malé at his own expense and offered to cover taxi costs – a truly generous gesture. On the island, his assistant Imma took great care of us throughout the stay – from preparing delicious breakfasts to organizing our return transfer and even lending umbrellas during rain. The guesthouse is modern, very clean, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, air-conditioned, with a private bathroom and daily cleaning. There’s a lovely shaded lounge/dining area, free use of a washing machine and a drinking water dispenser – thoughtful extras that made a big difference. The location is perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to the bikini beach, local shops, and restaurants. When we were briefly stranded on a picnic island due to a storm, Imma quickly arranged a boat to bring us back. The hosts also offered a short buggy tour around the island to introduce key spots. They provide a variety of excursions and activities too. Overall, Velana Vibes was an excellent choice – friendly hosts, great service, and a peaceful island setting. Thank you Munzir and Imma – we hope to come back!

I have been looking for cheap, simple but comfortable accommodation and I definitely found it! Ever Blue Guest House has only 4 rooms with share livingroom and also terrace dinning and kitchen which I could use. Room: comfortable bed (I like hard mattress), small fridge, TV, AC, fan, hairdryer, spacious bathroom with toilet, towels, beach towel, drying rack, daily water. What else do you wish for? Room was daily cleaned which I didn’t need. Breakfast: They always asked me what time I would like to have a breakfast and what would I like to have (I am not breakfast person plus have GF diet). I end up just with eggs and fruit but have been offered pancakes, sausages etc. Kitchen and dining area: I could use the kitchen and make my own food, coffee, tea. The great addition are also ceiling fans in dining area (they are actually everywhere) as when it’s really hot and humid this helps massively. I have to say huge thank you to the owner for helping me when weather was extremely bad and public boat was cancelled. He managed to find a private boat to take me to my next island. It was lovely to talk to him every evening and learn about his family, life on the island and much more.

Simply put, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is probably the best you can get in Mathiveri. It is brand new, with very nice, bright, well equipped, and clean rooms. The personnel did their best to make our stay great. The included breakfast was excellent, with plenty of quality food. Dinner can be also served at the hotel, and it was delicious (offers wider selection, but we focused mainly on grilled reef fish). Good restaurants nearby. The hotel has a convenient location, too. The 3 minutes’ walk to the bikini beach (which is amazing!) through a very nice forest path (that offers protection from sun burns). Highly recommended.

**Review for Aqua Heaven Inn, Maldives** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aqua Heaven Inn, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. They met me at the ferry station and ensured a smooth transfer to the hotel, and they even arranged a speedboat for both my arrival and departure from the airport. It was all very convenient and stress-free. I had a half-board booking, which included both breakfast and dinner. Personally, I found the food to be fantastic and just the right amount. The meals were always fresh, flavorful, and reflective of the local Maldivian cuisine. The atmosphere during meals was intimate and relaxed, often with views of the beautiful surroundings. The room itself was very comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping the room cool after a long day under the sun. The furniture and amenities were all brand new, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was clear that the hotel prioritizes comfort and quality. Aqua Heaven Inn also offers a variety of day trips, and I highly recommend trying them out. The underwater world in this part of the Maldives is absolutely stunning, and exploring the nearby reefs was one of the highlights of my trip. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help organize the best excursions. Overall, I was incredibly happy with everything Aqua Heaven Inn had to offer. It’s a beautiful, well-run guest house with excellent service, amazing food, and unforgettable experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable Maldivian getaway.
