Hand on heart one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The attention to detail, friendliness and warmth from Juan and Meytan was sensational. The owners are truly amazing. They ensured every aspect of our stay was memorable and cannot thank them both enough. Berenice is an amazing host, super nice, she gave me great tips, sent me everyday all the events going on in Tepoztlán! The hostel is really tidy, the bunk beds are comfy and the rooftop is perfect with a beautiful view on the mountains. I didn't use the kitchen but it seemed more than fine! Thanks a lot for this stay, I really felt like home!
