Honestly great stay! Staff was nice, they don't have 24h reception but you can WhatsApp them if you need anything and they will help you straight away. Spacious bathroom and nice beds. Only thing is its a little bit further to walk, but thats okay.

Big room with a quite new bathroom, storage for clothes, comfortable large doublebed. Kitchen for common use with refrigerator, stove, coffeemaker, microwave, dishes and pans. Save neighbourhood (as usual in Valladolid), with nice cafes and restaurants nearby on the way to the center. Just 5min walk south to the center, 3min north to a Supermarket. Friendly Host!

The location is very good, close to ADO station. The landlord is very nice. There is only me and another man in the room. The man keeps talking to me, but I can't understand him and he keeps talking to me. He even takes my shoes. Later, the landlord returned the rent to him and let him go. I am really grateful to the landlord.

Absolutely fantastic staff!! We had a very thorough explanation on food and activities in the area upon check in. We had booked a room without AC and with a shared bathroom but given the heat we were upgraded at no cost when an AC room with private bathroom became available. We were also offered a free load of laundry as we were staying four nights. The accommodation is a short walk to the town square and a one minute walk to Cenote Zaci. The streets surrounding were well lit and we felt very comfortable walking around early in the morning and at night. The facilities are basic but clean and had everything required to prepare basic meals.
