The staffs were exceptionally nice and went beyond their job scope to make us feel welcomed and comfortable...from the moment we arrived, a lovely lady helped to carry one of our luggages up the stairs...when we were checking out, another lovely lady switched on all the lights for us to take photographs and she even clicked so many lovely pictures for my family...she even played so patiently with my daughter for so long at the reception area while we were waiting for our grab...apart from the commendable staffs, the place was needless to say decorated with extremely beautiful vintage touches...we truly enjoyed our stay at tudor and will be back here again if we are in Ipoh!

The restaurant Mama Kim was excellent. Open @ 8am to 10pm, perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner and supper if needed. The aroma of the hotel was most relaxing, lemongrass as one enter the hotel lobby.

Staff was very responsive and helped us with parking with their app. We booked a double room but they were booked out so they switched us to a room with twin beds and added an extra twin bed for our child which they put on the floor so it was perfect. The beds and room itself were very comfortable. The café downstairs serve very good food and drinks, especially their coffee, it was just what we needed when we arrived. Location is perfect as it's near a lot of places with good food.

Super cute property in a very convenient location. Our daughter loved having the loft space to herself. A night market happens right outside every night, but it was pretty low key and not loud. Earplugs are provided but we didn’t need them. The guesthouse provides filtered water and a fridge. The rooms are accessed through the front door of the cafe and then another locked door to the second floor. It was very safe and secure. We didn’t see any staff on site, but they were very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had during our stay. 😊 Do Something went above and beyond to help us when our daughter left behind her phone and a souvenir. They shipped it to us at our next destination! So kind and generous to go to the trouble to fix our own mistake!
