My stay in the room was absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, and every detail was well taken care of. The location is perfect, very close to the markets and Al Arab Street, making it easy to walk around and shop. Special thanks to Jasmine for her warm hospitality and professional service — she was very kind and helpful. The room is equipped with new, modern facilities, and the air conditioning was perfectly cold and comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I said I hadn’t seen how 10-cent coin looks like, the front desk guy gave me two as a gift; my iPhone was not working, one staff showed me the Apple Store nearby, the other one Ali searched solution on YouTube and helped me fix it. Such nice people, I’ll stay there again when I’m back.
