I loved the location and the unique atmosphere of an old Amsterdam building — I really liked everything about my stay. I saw some reviews where people mentioned the steep stairs under "What didn’t you like?" Personally, I actually enjoyed the chance to experience this classic Amsterdam feature. I like the breakfest - coffee, tea and fruits. Everything was excellent. I definitely recommend this place!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming 17th-century canal house, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location couldn’t be more ideal—right in the heart of Amsterdam, with restaurants, shops, and the central station just a short walk away. Despite being in the bustling city center, the space felt peaceful and full of character. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the stay even more special. I appreciated the thoughtful details like the coffee and tea amenities and the warm atmosphere throughout the house. Hearing the soft notes of violin music in the background added a unique and charming touch to the experience. Very comfy bed, great location, value for money is excellent giving hotel prices and it was easy to find. Only a 10min walk from central station which was very helpful. Supermarket right behind it also. Very easy to communicate with the owners also. Tea and coffee facilities in the room also was a nice touch.

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and modern. We were very happy that we could check in early. There were even stroopwafels and we could make ourselves a coffee. Maria was our host and she answered all my questions promptly, including those about bike hire. Thank you very much for the great service, even though we only stayed one night. The shared bathroom was also clean and new.
