The accommodation was close to the city centre, about 20 minutes walking distance, however, it is in a residential quiet area so we could rest. The entire house not only our room and bathroom was very, very clean. Our room had a super comfortable bed and everything, nice view and a cozy vibe. Definitely recommend!!

The room was absolutely perfect, cozy, bright, and comfortable. It had a beautiful view of the garden and everything you needed for a short stay. Thijs was such a gracious host in offering us recommendations for the neighborhood and also carrying our bags up all those flights of stairs-truly a gentleman. This place also had THE most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in all of my years traveling; I would return to this spot just for the bed. Can’t recommend the space enough!

Our host was so kind! He helped us carry our luggage, made sure we knew where everything in the apartment was, and even left us so chocolate and cookies!

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. Everything was perfectly clean, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials we needed. Our host Rosalie was super nice and welcoming. The place was very cosy, comfortable and clean. The terrace on/next to the water was really nice to use (there are also paddles available). The place is near from the free ferry (10-15min by walk - and obviously quicker if you have bikes) and then it only takes a few minutes to join central station (5 to 15minutes depending on the ferry you take). There is a supermarket on the way, which is very convenient. Finally, the “Straat museum” is near the place and we really enjoyed visiting it (museum of street art and graffiti). We recommend this place a 100%.

What an amazing experience at Jacobs place! You can never, EVER find a better location in all of Amsterdam. Watching the world goes by from the window, from the comfort of the amazing couch is truly unbeatable! House was spotless, and the host is such a sweetheart! Cant wait to be back.
