Second time in Nepal I choose to stay at Shekar, had the opportunity to see new rooms, in an more local Newari style attached to the main house, and got a nice cozy room. At Milla Guest House we felt at home. The location is beautiful and very convenient. The room is clean and in the winter time there is a gas stove to heat it. The owners of the house were wonderful, pampering us with tea, treats and a delicious dinner. We would 100% recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it is so close to all the beauty that Bhaktapur had to offer yet really quiet and tucked away off the mai street. My room had everything I needed, the bed was really comfortable and a hot shower! I slept really well. Breakfast was provided and the staff were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the city.

Super friendly owner who provided a good room, fantastic food and helped in every way possible to make this a great stay! The place is located in a peaceful village, close to the Namo Buddha Monastery and Stupa, which is a pilgrimage site. It's a short and pleasant walk to the monastery and all the roads are dust free. A perfect place to get away from the noisy and polluted Kathmandu and see how local people live.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They give us a lot of advises about Nepal and helped us contact one bus company for a trip to another city. The breakfast was just perfect, I had hunger after 6 hours after I have taken it :) I liked the view from the rooftop. The hotel is right in the center and the sightseeings. Wifi connection was strong, and even I had a video call with 10 people while there, without any interruptions. I liked also the atmosphere in the city and around the hotel.
