    Mary and Ian were wonderful hosts- loved sharing stories during breakfast; our room was very clean; room was decorated with thought; shower space is adequate; good water pressure and easy to adjust hot or cold water; near room is a small fridge, teas, coffee and cookies; has one window with screen that is open; wonderful breakfast: yogurt, fresh fruit, muesli, eggs cooked to order, bacon, toast, homemade jam, juice, coffee, tea; breakfast served 7:30-10:00; very quiet neighborhood; near Lake Taupo; off street parking

    Great location,out of town is quieter Mary was kind enough to ringand book a table at the local restaurant, just down the road, can recommend. Mary and Ian are great hosts,nice brekky Room was very nice
