Everything was perfect! Beautiful and very tastefully decorated guesthouse in a traditional old house. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners and tea on the roof terrace with amazing views. Very nice, friendly and hospitable owner. Very relaxing stay :-)

The inn was of mud brick and nicely decorated. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was lovely and hot. The location was great, near a deserted mud brick village and a date plantation. It was a short walk into town. From the Inn it’s a short drive to Misfah La Abriyyin, which is definitely worth a visit.

Everything was execeptional about this property. Clean room, clean kitchen, clean toilet with all washroom amenities, and overall amazing hosts. it feels like 3 star property. Value for money. There is a sitting area backside of the property. Rooms smells very nice. Kitchen is very clean. You have tea dust, coffee powder, sugar, toast maker, fridge, microwave and kettle. Room was clean. All linen are clean and new. I surely recomend others to stay in this property.

Having visited the Misfah al Abriyyin several times previously, I returned after five years absence. The village has adapted rather well to increasing demand from tourism and retains the unspoilt and genuine feel that has caused me to return time and time again. Roghan Hospitality Inn has spring up since my last visit and I initially chose it for its location. This hotel is the uppermost building in the village, and I would wager and arm and a leg against anyone who does not agree that it presently holds the best location of all the inns in the village. It overlooks both the entire old village and its orchards as well as the surprisingly scenic new village. The hotel is modern and has all the comforts I am looking for in a hotel. Good bed - not too soft and not too hard. A useful desk, sensible placement of power sockets; good WiFi; good A/C; decent water pressure in the shower; simple and problem free check-in. It also has big windows, allowing me to enjoy the view, a couple of deep chairs, and a big TV that I didn't use but that my son undoubtedly would have considered the most important feature of the hotel. Both dinner and breakfast were very good and used local ingredients. Both the hotelier himself and his staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The proprietor was a singularly likable fellow and was interesting to talk to. The big thing in Misfah, though, is not sitting in the hotel but walking around and getting a feel for the oasis life. To this end, the owner gave up his morning to walk around the orchards with me, a most pleasant experience - at least for me :-) I was initially worried that I would have trouble getting there by my ridiculously small car, a two-wheel driven Suzuki Dzire, but it turned out to be no problem at all. The private access road to the hotel was quite convenient as it bypassed the customary parking problems that I have experienced in the past.

Cozy Rooms in an old Omani building. The area surrounded by palms oasis where you can talk a walk, ride bikes, scooters, houses. The rooms was clean. Staff were nice and helpful

Good and simple accommodation with a helpful host. There was a nice outdoor space and there was a well equipped kitchen. Good value for the area.

Bablu was super nice and helpful. Room was very nice and position perfect for visit old town, walk around and visit some other village.

This old house is well maintained right beside the farmland/palm groves and 5 minutes walk to the ancient town. Outside the House, a nice falaj with flowing water. The House is very clean, bedsheets spoless white and clean, towel too, all clearly washed. There are rooms with Western toilets and eastern. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the lounge on the roof has free coffee and tea. The rooms have roof fan and silent A/C
