First of all I want to appreciate our hospitable host Hossein, he is a welcoming gentleman that we felt we're in our home. The guesthouse is located in a tranquil and peaceful area , however it's in walking distance to attractions such as Fort and Nizwa Souq! Also he suggested us some places to visit in the way back Muscat which was a great suggestion.

This hotel has an awesome location, just a short walk from Old Nizwa, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. We loved our terrace view and the charming patio downstairs, which was a great spot to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.
