We stayed here for 5 nights at new year. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were cosy and comfy, there was stacks of hot water and a huge shower. We woke up to the sound of birds singing - zero city sounds. The breakfast was super - fruit, cereal (including a local gluten free option), eggs, cheese, ham, olives, yogurt and plenty of teas & coffee. The staff were smiley and helpful. Highly recommend this place. They also let us store our baggage.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, booking taxis where needed. The hotel is secure and entry only gained by ringing the door bell and let in. There is a lovely roof terrace on the 5th floor if you need time to relax. The hotel is situated a 2 minute walk from Plaza de Armas, therefore in a great location. The room was nice, comfortable bed and a good hot shower. Breakfast was lovely which was included in the room rate and they provided a take away breakfast when I was out early on a trip. A lovely stay in Arequipa.
