In a very busy city on a Saturday night, Hospedaje La Huega was an oasis of tranquility, secure, run by a family, pleasant, super-clean, with a nice version of the classic Peruvian breakfast. It was great to be able to call and confirm our arrival time, and call on arrival to immediately be let in through the gate. At breakfast I had a great chat with the owner about his fruit trees. The pool was sparkling clean and inviting but it was a bit chilly for swimming in the early morning.

Great budget hotel! We loved the sunny room, the nice garden and pool area, the breakfast, the hot shower, the provided towels and the cleanliness. Is the whole estate a bit old? Yeah definitely but money for value this was great, don't expect something luxurious tho :)
