I would give this hotel a 10-star rating for the sweet hotel staff and excellent central location. As soon as you get off the train and cross the bridge, you can see the hotel. We were mesmerized by the views from our top-floor room, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating with anything you need. We stored our luggage when visiting Machu Picchu and also after our arrival until our evening train. The rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. I have to mention the location especially because the hotel is right next to the bus ticket counter and bus stop in the morning for Machu Picchu. It's only a 5-minute walk to the main square and every attraction in town.

Spacious room with basic things I needed. Reception lady and the guy were so nice and helpful. I went out early so they prepared a pack for my breakfast. A lovely and short stay before Machu Picchu

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the price is reasonable, but the thing that makes it special is the Owner Carlos. He’s the best! He couldn’t be more helpful or nicer. Our son and daughter-in-law got sick and Carlos couldn’t do enough to help them. It made the stay great despite the tough circumstances. Highly recommended!

The owners were so wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend if you're going to Machu Picchu staying in this hotel there was some noise from the building next door but other than that I highly recommended the breakfast was delicious as well
